DARAZ OPEN PLATFORM APPLICATION

Daraz seller operations, connected with explicit consent.

TSAMSA is an internal commerce operations application used by our authorized seller team. The Daraz connection brings catalog, inventory and order workflows into one protected workspace.

Operated by TSAMSABangladeshUpdated: 31 August 2026

Application purpose

We use Daraz Open Platform APIs only after a seller administrator authorizes the application through Daraz OAuth. The integration supports product listing review, inventory and price synchronization, order retrieval, and operational status monitoring for the authorizing seller account.

Catalog operationsRead seller listings, compare them with the central catalog, and submit approved product, price or stock updates.
Order operationsRetrieve authorized seller orders and status for fulfilment and customer support.
Human approvalAmbiguous matches enter a review queue and cannot silently replace central product identity.
Seller-only accessCredentials belong to the authorizing seller and are never exposed publicly.

Authorization and callback

The seller starts authorization inside the protected admin workspace, reviews the Daraz consent screen, and returns to:

https://admin.tsamsa.com/admin/integrations/daraz/callback

OAuth state is random, short-lived and verified. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.

Data used

  • Seller identifiers to associate the correct authorized shop.
  • Listings, SKUs, prices and quantities for matching and approved catalog updates.
  • Orders and fulfilment status for seller operations.
  • API status and errors for connection monitoring.

TSAMSA does not sell Daraz data or use it for third-party advertising.

Revocation and deletion

Administrators can disable TSAMSA and revoke it in Daraz. Verified deletion requests remove stored tokens and delete or de-identify associated marketplace data unless limited retention is legally required.
