Email admin@tsamsa.com from an address associated with your business. Include the seller/shop identifier, but never send passwords, app secrets, tokens or OTP codes.

- Revoke the application from the Daraz authorization area.
- Disable Daraz in the TSAMSA admin workspace.
- Email a verified deletion request if stored data should also be removed.
Deletion requests
Use the subject “Data deletion request” and identify the business and seller account. We verify authority, remove integration tokens, and delete or de-identify related data unless limited retention is required for security, accounting or law.
