Commerce data stays protected and purpose-bound.
This policy explains how TSAMSA processes information when an authorized business administrator uses our commerce workspace and marketplace integrations.
Information processed
- Administrator account and security information.
- Authorized seller identifiers, OAuth tokens, listings, SKUs, inventory, prices, orders and fulfilment status.
- Customer information supplied through configured commerce channels.
- Security, audit and API diagnostic records.
Use and sharing
We use data to provide authorized synchronization, fulfil orders, support users, maintain audit trails and protect the service. We do not sell marketplace or personal data. Data is shared only with necessary service providers, connected platforms as instructed, or when legally required.
Security and retention
Traffic uses HTTPS. Integration secrets and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, access is role-restricted, and secrets are excluded from normal logs. Records are retained only as needed for operations, security, accounting and law.
Your choices
Authorized administrators may disconnect a marketplace at any time. For access, correction, export or deletion, email admin@tsamsa.com. We verify authority before acting.
